As a Commonsense Conservative Republican, I'm dedicated to serving our community with integrity and advocating for policies that prioritize our shared values. My voting record supports strong community schools, safer streets, and lower taxes.

 

I firmly believe that our community deserves better than negative attack ads designed to mislead voters. My campaign is focused on real issues and positive solutions, and I strongly believe in people before politics.

KYLE

Kyle is a commonsense conservative and represents part of Franklin County (District 109) in the Missouri House of Representatives. Cities in District 109 includes the areas of Washington, New Haven, Krakow, Labadie, Villa Ridge, St. Albans, Berger, Port Hudson, north of both the Pacific and Union city limits. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2022. 

 

In addition to his legislative duties, Marquart is the owner of Vanzandt’s All Purpose Seasoning. Prior to his election to the House, Marquart served for 33 years as a member of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, where he held the position of director for the Division of Drug and Crime Control and for the Patrol Records Division, as well as serving as assistant commander of the Criminal Investigations Bureau.

 

A 1981 graduate of St. Francis Borgia High School, Marquart received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College in 1985.

 

Marquart attends St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.

 

Born in Washington, Missouri, where he currently resides with his wife, Erin. Together, they have five adult children and nine grandchildren.

In fact, Kyle has been on the frontline of border control for 35 years. As a career Missouri Highway Patrolman deporting many illegals and as a legislator, he has voted to support sending Troopers and National Guard to Texas assisting illegal immigration enforcement efforts.

Opposes Open Borders

Kyle has supported and voted for a reduction in state income taxes and has frozen personal property taxes for senior citizens.

Supports Lower Taxes

Kyle fully backs the constitutional right to bear arms, is endorsed by the NRA, defends against legislation that infringes on gun ownership rights, and is a hunter and recreational gun advocate.

Uphold Second Ammendment

Kyle supports all vehicles traveling on Missouri’s highways to have insurance and meet safety requirements, including ATVs and UTVs.
